There are insoles you can put on the inside of your shoe against where the back of your heel would be. They’re sticky so they stay on pretty well and I believe they have a cloth texture. I used to have them in a pair of my shoes for that very reason. They’re also about 1/8" thick so they won’t take up much room, but the fabric against your nylons will help the shoes to stay on. You can find them anywhere insoles are sold. (they’re shaped kind of like a kidney bean)
