If you are a size 4 i would try and get a shoe 4 1/2 instead of 5. Also look for heels that are wide. There are lots of places that sell them. Last thing to do if you can’t find shoes is to get heel inserts. They help. Oh and one last thing. Walk around the house all day in heels so that you can practice walking and not falling and hurting your self.
