Name of Shoe Brand for a clear open toe dress shoe?

I live in San Diego and there is a shoe store called “Dales Footworks” I haven’t been there in awhile & dont know anywhere else where they might sell this shoe.

It is a high heel dress shoe, it has plastic that goes across the lower part of your foot, open toe, open heel (slips on) but the bottom of it is suede (light brown/beige) so it is very comfortable. Once the plastic part on your foot warms from your body heat it becomes soft but not sweaty.

This is not a stripper shoe! In person it looks more like a granny shoe but once you put it on, it looks very elegant.

Any info is helpful! Please only serious answers!
